My circuit training mixes free weights and metabolic conditioning (MetCon) for maximum results. Every session is different and is excellent to do solo, or if you are training with a partner. No shortcuts or half measures with these programmes and every programme and session is different.
Metabolic conditioning combines strength and cardio conditioning as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises to varying intensities.
This is to help increase and optimize your body’s energy output and to continue the burn even at rest when you’re finished.
