A little about me…

I am a mum to 3 fun and crazy children who really keep me on my toes, I have a wonderfully supportive husband (whose idea setting up my business was in the first place!) and 2 long-haired mini daschunds who complete our family.

I love running, chocolate, weight training, cleaning (yes really!) wine, walking, skiing, reading and spending time with my family and friends. My gym is my sanctuary and my happy place and I really look forward to sharing this with you.

Fitness, health and exercise have always played an important role in my life – from playing hockey and tennis at school and university to running the London Marathon in under 4 hours in my late thirties – striving to achieve your goals and meet your challenges is where I come in.

I understand how daunting getting started on your fitness journey can be and I offer a wide range of services to help you get started. 

I mix in a wide range of training disciplines such as weight training, cardio, body/free weights, HIIT and circuits to keep the energy and motivation levels high. My programmes are designed with your levels of fitness, experience and preferences in mind.

Along with additional nutritional advice to support your training programmes I am confident I can help you to achieve your fitness goals and have fun along the way.

Tailor Made programmes to suit all your fitness needs

Each programme is tailored made specifically to your health and fitness needs and are based upon a full postural assessment and full appraisal of your current fitness levels, diet and general health. This will help me devise the best training programmes to ensure every exercise is functional and relevant to you.
