Up to three clients training together with fully personalised Personal Training programmes - one hour. Really push yourself with 2 friends in an inspiring, creative, high intensity group training session.
Training for an event? 5K, 10k, Marathon? Wedding? Beach Holiday? A 10 session package is recommended for an extended programme to be fully achievable.

Programmes will be progressed to maximise your potential, to make the best use of your time and to hit your targets.
This commitment allows for a periodised and progressive training programme to safely and slowly transform your body week by week as per your fitness goals.
This will be supported by nutritional advice to support your ongoing progress, regular check ins and on call advice to help keep motivation going.
